The Endless Summer Tunic by A Verb for Keeping Warm

Our New Shop Sample: The Endless Summer Tunic by A Verb for Keeping Warm

The Endless Summer Tunic is a simple and elegant pullover v-neck tunic and was A Verb for Keeping Warm’s first sewing pattern! This may very well be your year-round staple tunic that goes with everything. It pairs fabulous with leggings or wide-leg knit pants.

The Endless Summer Tunic

It sews wonderfully using light to medium weight wovens. Katy made our shop sample and we love the gorgeous “Boysenberry” Kaufman Chambray she chose, as well as the pocket and shoulder contrasting lining which is Kaffe Fasset/Brandon Mably fabric in “Rare Zig Zag.”

The Endless Summer Tunic Sewing Pattern

The Endless Summer Tunic’s flattering sleeveless design has nice airflow, perfect for the summer and easy to layer over a long-sleeve top in cooler weather.

This “beginner level” pattern has optional pockets, and the armholes are edged with bias-tape for a clean finish. It features pretty gathers at the center back and shoulder seams, as well as a curved hem that is slightly longer in the back. It can easily be lengthened to a dress instead of a tunic.

Enjoy making this versatile tunic! Feel free to send us your pictures of what you’ve sewn or use our social media hashtag: #fiddleheadartisansupply when posting to the web!
