U.S. Orders
All U.S. orders under $140.00 are charged a flat rate of $10.00 for USPS Domestic Priority shipping. Orders above $140.00 will receive free shipping.
International Orders
Thank you so much for your interest in placing an international shipping order with us. We are a small shop, and international orders take extra time for us to fill as we often need to check multiple shipping options to get you the best rate. We realize that our system is a bit cumbersome for international customers, and we thank you for hanging in there with us!
We currently have our website set to charge Canadian customers a $40 shipping fee and all other customers a $100 shipping fee. We have come up with these numbers as the upper threshold that we have seen for most orders. Once we have purchased the shipping label we will refund you the remainder of the shipping fee if there is any. In some cases we may need to ask for an additional payment, but we are hoping that these higher initial charges will prevent the need for that in almost all cases.
International orders may have additional customs fees charged to you by your country. Please understand the potential for additional fees/taxes/customs you may have to pay to collect your package.
We will ship your order using USPS Priority International shipping, UPS, or Fed Ex. These are all high quality shipping companies and a tracking number will be available when the package has shipped. International shipping, while usually reliable, does present additional complications, and occasionally a package does go missing. We cannot be responsible for lost international orders, including shipping costs, and need international customers to accept the responsibility for their package once it has left our hands.
After you place an international order with us, we will send you an email that you need to reply to confirming that you understand this, and accept the risk of the shipment. We will be happy to cancel your order if this is too much for you, but we just don't have any ability to track and make claims on international packages once they have left our hands.
