This print is a Sanganeri block print. These unique fabric materials are curated from a hand-block printing technique that finds its origin in Sanganer, a village in the southern part of Jaipur, Rajasthan and have great variety in the types of designs and patterns used. It includes all kinds of flower motifs, the main ones being sunflowers, roses and narcissus along with designs depicting various gods, fruits and folk scenes.
Our cottons from India are block printed by hand, resulting in a gorgeously unique fabric ideal for tops, scarves, jacket linings, quilts, and similar projects. The hand-printed nature of this fabric can result in variations of the print.
