Life Log Journaling: Turning Busy into Productive by Planning, Organizing and Tracking Your Life
Friday, January 31, 5:30-7:30 in the Fiddlehead Classroom (upstairs at 62 Main St., Belfast, ME)
It’s 2025. Are you thinking it is time to find a way to plan your life, optimize your time, track your habits, juice your creativity, manage your worries, and manifest your intentions? Come explore a customizable journaling method that clarifies the past and organizes the future, enabling you to be productive instead of just busy. In this 2 hour class, we will cover the basics of set-up and go over the principles and benefits of a regular practice. We will explore your questions and launch your journey with confidence and joy.
Suggested supplies
- A journal: I highly recommend the Rhodia Goalbook (it's already set up for success with page numbers, index pages, future log pages, and dot grids) but any bound paper journal or notebook will do.
- A pen that you love to write with (I'm fond of the Sakura Pigma Micron pens in various line weights)
- A pencil with eraser
Optional but nice to have
- Colorful pens and highlighters, just make sure they don’t bleed through the paper.
- Page flags in different colors
- A ruler if you like perfect lines
- We will provide coffee and tea, but please feel free to bring snacks
