The Rae skirt is designed for true beginners. This is a great first garment sewing project. The simple elastic band keeps the pattern simple, while the multiple panels that make up the skirt create a great shape and flattering silhouette that will apeal to those with more experience who are looking for a quick project.

View A is an above the knee skirt with a slightly full silhouette. View B is the same length as A but with more fullness, and View C is a knee-length version of view B.
Sewaholic patterns, based out of Vancouver, Canada, are designed by Tasia St. Germaine. The patterns are designed primarily with a pear-shaped figure in mind: smaller bust and waist, larger hips.
